Need to fix the app

you need to fix the app, haven't been able to open it for about a week now, can't login and keep getting message to contact customer service centre, can't get through on phone, I can access account details on website so don't think it's a problem from my end !

    I haven't been able to access my account since the home page changed and no one is picking up the phone in customer support. I re-loaded the app and login is now asking for an 8 didget number and password...which I don't have and there appears to be no way to set this up on the app. When I put in whatever in those fields to see if any help option comes up, login help flashes up but disappears very quickly and nothing happens if you do press on it. I am one very frustrated and unhappy customer right now!

    Is the app going to be fixed so we can log in to it rather than having to check it on the website? It has not worked since the last update. I find it appalling that two weeks on it still has not been fixed

    You need to fix phone app so it shows the correct minimum payment due - I have been caught out on the several times paying what the app says then checking next day that payment has cleared and the has another amount to be paid by same due date - then get hit with late payment fee - customer service don't think it's an issue
