Valuing customers

When your app and internet goes down for an extensive period of time I would except you to communicate this. I just waited on hold for over 20 minutes to be patronised and repeatedly told 'Ma'ma don't worry' after trying to access the app for 3 days now. Not good enough level of service for me.
